- Started as a small grassroots effort in Minnesota twin cities years back.
- Focused on sharing resources and supporting each other through challenges.
- Grew more when other sisters around the U.S started following the organization updates & that lead to other somali women from Africa

- Somali Sisters Network is looking to expand with a focus on aiding women in Africa.
- The goal is to build partnerships that provide resources and empowerment opportunities.
- Aiming to support girls and women in Africa by helping them access education, healthcare, and leadership opportunities.
